BCB congratulates the winning team

Bangladesh beat Nepal 1-4 to win the SAFF U-20 Football Championship. This is Bangladesh's first title in the Youth Saf. Bangladesh Cricket Board congratulated the youth for this achievement.

In a statement on Wednesday, BCB congratulated Bangladesh for this victory in Nepal.

BCB president Farooq Ahmed said, 'Our U-20 football team has shown hard work, dedication and talent on the international stage. This victory is a matter of pride for all of us. Like the entire country, we celebrate this achievement and look forward to many more successes in the future.”

In the SAFF U-20 Championship on Wednesday at the Anfa Complex in Kathmandu, the red-green representatives celebrated the title by defeating Nepal 1-4. Even though they played the finals of this tournament earlier, the youngsters did not get the taste of the title.

Bangladesh senior men's first international trophy came in 1995. That tournament was held in Myanmar. Another big trophy achievement in 2003 Dhaka Saf.
