Bangladesh lost to Bhutan in the last match

Bangladesh played two friendly series against Bhutan. Bangladesh won the first match but lost the second match. Javier Cabrera's men lost 1-0 with a last-minute goal.

This is Bangladesh's second loss to Bhutan in a head-to-head match, the previous one being in 2016.

On Sunday at 6 pm Bangladesh time, the red-green jersey holders went to play against the hosts at the Changlimithan Stadium in the capital of Bhutan, Thimpur.

Bangladesh could not match themselves in the whole match today. Bhutan also played slow football in the first half. Neither team could create significant chances in the scoreless first half.

However, at the end of the second half, Bangladesh suddenly conceded a goal. After a free kick, Kinga Wangchuck, who was empty in the box after a teammate's head pass, beat the goalkeeper with a perfect shot. Bangladesh could not turn around after that.
