No city can be built like this: GM Kader

Photo: Collected. Jatiya Party Chairman Golam Mohammad Quader said that no city can be built like this. Such unplanned and unplanned events like the fire in the agricultural market can no longer be called an accident in Bangladesh. These have become incidents. These are happening constantly.

He said this to reporters after visiting the agricultural market of Mohammadpur, which was burnt down by a terrible fire at around 12 noon on Thursday (July 14). Many shops were burnt down in the terrible fire in the agricultural market of Mohammadpur

GM Quader said, there should be a basic system, so that accidents do not happen. In case of an accident, this system should be in place so that it can be brought under control very quickly. We still see the lack of these things. The fire service did not find water here. Water has to be taken from people's houses and water tanks.

He said, two and a half shops were destroyed in the terrible fire. Many businessmen, employees have become destitute. Someone lost business, lost capital, someone lost his job. There are constant fires, people are dying in various ways. There is no safety on roads, no safety on waterways, no safety on railways. Every day many people die in accidents. But there is no arrangement to prevent accidents.

Chairman of Jatiya Party also said that we think these issues are a big problem in the governance of our country. We are unable to function properly. We have to depend on Allah for these accidents. By God's grace we are alive - so it seems. It was the responsibility of the government to ensure that this accident did not happen. The government has completely failed in this regard. We demand immediate government assistance to all victims.
