Firstly 28 percent and then 40 percent of the votes were cast- EC

Later, EC chief Kazi Habibul Awal said that 40 percent of votes were cast.

According to EC data, 80.2 percent in 2018, 40 percent in 2014, and 87 percent in 2008 national parliamentary elections.
