Government has appointed 138 non-cadre (second class) teachers from 43rd BCS as assistant teachers in government secondary schools. At the same time they have been posted in different schools.
On Thursday (September 26), the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education issued a notification in this regard. In a separate order, 40 people have been appointed in Geography, 49 in Biology, 34 in Bengali and 15 in Religion.
According to the recruitment order, 138 candidates who have passed the 43rd BCS examination for the post of assistant teachers of government secondary schools have been recruited and posted on a temporary basis as assistant teachers (class II non-cadre) under the secondary and higher education department.
On October 7 at 9 a.m., the recruits must compulsorily attend the Government Secondary Branch of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education. Otherwise they will be deemed not to agree to join and their appointment will be considered cancelled.
