Bangladesh Women 'A' team won by 8 wickets in the last match of the series at the Colts Cricket Club ground in Colombo. Bangladesh bowled out Sri Lanka women's 'A' team for just 54 runs. Bangladesh 'A' won the 5 match series by 4-1.
Captain Rabeya Khan was rested in the previous match. He returned to the eleven that day and took 3 wickets for 7 runs. Fahima Khatun, Nahida Akhtar and Marufa Akhtar took 2 wickets each. Sri Lanka were bowled out for just 54 runs in 16.2 overs. Chethana Bhimukti was the only one to score 11 runs in double figures.
In reply, Sathi Rani returned for zero and Murshida Khatun for 3 runs, but Dilara Akhter 33 and Nigar Sultana Jyoti 14 runs unbeaten in 11.4 overs to win by a wicket.
