Son voted instead of father

Photo: Collected. In the 12th National Assembly elections, there was a case of the son voting instead of the father. This incident happened in the center of Dhaka-10 Constituency on Sunday.

The matter came up in the inquiry of a private television channel in the country. The reporter is heard asking the question, "Can the son vote instead of the father?"

Then the father kept muttering and Daysara kept answering.

The reporter kept saying, 'It is not possible. It is not possible. It doesn't happen. You are an official here, it doesn't happen. If the son votes for the father, then the vote is done?

Then the father defended himself and said, 'No, he did not vote. He gave ink on his hand.

The reporter asked, "I didn't see your son voting?" Then the father turned around and tried to run away. The reporter repeated, 'No, no, it doesn't happen, bro.'

During an argument with the father, the reporter asked the son, 'How many votes did you cast?' The son then said, 'I cast one vote (indistinct).'

The reporter said, 'Have you voted here, have you voted another there?'

However, both father and son continued to claim that they had cast the same vote.

The reporter then said, 'Brother, I have seen it. What am I saying wrong? Did my eyes see wrong?'

At one stage, another old man addressed 'journalist brother' and introduced the boy as his grandson, saying, 'journalist keeps jumping. He came here with me.

The reporter then said, 'The boy is your grandson. Your vote can make him a hobby. He also voted here (with his father).

At that time, the old man kept denying the matter.
