Photo: Collected. The opportunity to exercise the right to vote in the 12th National Assembly elections ended at 4 pm. Narayanganj-1 (Rupganj) Constituency did not get a response from voters. However, the vote on paper has increased.

Long queues of voters were not seen in most centers from 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Especially in some centers, there were hardly any male voters. However, the number of votes in the account has increased. Some of these voters went to the polling station and returned without being able to vote.

Baralu Paragaon Batenia Dakhil Madrasa center was occupied from 1 pm to 2 pm only six male voters were seen entering the booth. Although several women voters came to cast their ballots during this hour, there were never more than four in line. However, in this one hour, the number of votes in the center increased to 91. Among them 40 male votes, 51 female votes. 1 thousand 21 votes have been polled in the center till 2 pm, which is 53.62 percent of the total votes.

When asked to know the reason for the increase in votes even though voters did not enter the center, Presiding Officer Abul Bashar Mohammad Najibullah said that there was no chance of fake votes here. Surely the voters came and voted.

The same image of the voter can be seen at the Chanpara Al Amin Model Academy Centre. At 10:30 am, a queue of around 30 people was seen in front of a women's booth at the center. There were 4 voters in front of two male booths. At 12 o'clock in front of the women's booth, the voters were reduced to seven people. There was not a single male voter in the center then. However, at 12 noon, Presiding Officer Masud Rana said that 615 male votes were cast and 701 female votes were cast.

Rupganj No. 47 Kenduapara Government Primary School center at 12:00 noon did not see a crowd of voters, but in the first four hours, about 50 percent of votes were cast. The total number of voters in this center is 3 thousand 801 people. 1 thousand 394 votes were counted by 12 noon. However, at 1 pm, a voter named Mamun came to vote and found out that his vote had been cast.

He said, when I went to the center to vote, the polling officers told me that my vote had been cast 10 minutes earlier. After presenting proof that I did not vote, they asked me to vote with a different number. He made a verbal complaint to the presiding officer Shah Saiful Alam and quickly left the center out of fear.
