BNP gave Tk 10 crore assistance to the flood victims

The member of the standing committee of the party, Prof. Dr. BNP has given relief of Tk. 100 million with Tk. AZM Zahid Hossain. He said this in a press conference under the central office of BNP in Nayapaltan of the capital on Friday morning.

AZM Zahid Hossain said that people from all walks of life, including party leaders, have responded to BNP's relief fund. In the last 5 days, about 10 crores of relief including cash of 2.5 crore taka have been collected and distributed to the flood affected areas.

He also said that the flood water has already started receding. As a result, disease will increase in these areas. That's why our doctors and various pharmaceutical companies have started distribution of medicines in those areas.

This member of the Standing Committee of BNPA said that the people of all levels of the country have continued to supply dry food, children's clothes, clothes used by people, candles, lamps, clean water to help the people affected by the floods in the southeast region. People from all walks of life including rickshaw pullers, school-college students, madrasa students are helping BNP's relief fund.
