Cash cannot be withdrawn from the bank more than 3 lakh taka

A maximum of three lakh rupees can be withdrawn from one bank account. This instruction will be effective from Sunday. This withdrawal limit will remain in force until further instructions.

This was said in a short message sent by Bangladesh Bank to the managing directors and chief executives of commercial banks on Saturday evening.
